Terms of use of Natte

Effective February 20, 2024

By using the Natte application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the Application:

• You agree to use the Natte application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.

2. User Content:

• By posting content on Natte, you grant Natte a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content as part of operating the application.
• You warrant that you have the necessary rights to post the content you share on Natte and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

3. User Conduct:

• You agree not to use Natte in a manner that violates local, national, or international laws.
• You agree to respect the rights of other Natte users and not to post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• You agree not to disrupt the normal operation of Natte, including using automated methods to interact with the application.

4. Intellectual Property:

• Natte and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the property of Natte or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Natte's content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability:

• Natte shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
• Natte does not warrant that the application will always be available, secure, or error-free.

6. Changes to the Terms:

• Natte reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes.
• Continued use of Natte after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law:

• These Terms of Use are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.

By using Natte, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Terms of Purchase and Subscription for Natte 

By using the Natte application and taking out a subscription with automatic renewal, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Subscription and Automatic Renewal:

• By taking out a subscription in the Natte application, you agree to pay the fees associated with the selected subscription, according to the chosen periodicity (monthly, yearly, etc.).
• Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription fees will be deducted from your iTunes/Google Play account automatically in the 24 hours preceding the end of the current period, unless you disable automatic renewal in your account settings.
   

2. Billing and Fees:

• Subscription fees will be billed to your iTunes/Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription fees are subject to change with notice.
• All fees are non-refundable once paid.
   

3. Cancellation and Termination:

• You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on iTunes/Google Play.
• Subscription cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Natte features until the end of this period.

4. Changes to the Conditions:

• Natte reserves the right to modify or update these purchase and subscription conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
• Your continued use of Natte after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
   

5. Limitation of Liability:

• Natte shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the subscription, even if Natte has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
   

6. Applicable Law:

• These terms and conditions of purchase and subscription shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
   

By using Natte and taking out a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions.
